Documents Required in case of Individual or a Proprietor

  • Passport of the proprietor
  • GST registration number-Received
  • PAN Card copy-Received
  • Voter’s ID/ Driving License-Received
  • A declaration by the proprietor declaring that the business account is operated by himself
  • License or lease agreement
  • Bank Account Statement
  • Telephone bill/ Electricity bill pertaining to the proprietor

Documents Required in case of LLP or a Partnership

  • Partnership or LLP Registration Certificate

  • Power of Attorney granted to a partner or an employee of the firm to transact the business

  • Document validating the address of the partners and the person holding the power of attorney

Documents Required in case of Private Limited Company

  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  • Copy of Memorandum of Association
  • Company’s PAN Card
  • Company’s Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill
  • Lease or Rental Agreement
  • GST registration number
  • Credit Card details (Card Number, Valid Through, Year, Cardholders Name)

For Identity Information required any of following Document

  • Passport
  • Driver Licence

  • Aadhar Card

For Additional Proof document Bank account or credit card statements:

  • Must match the name of the business or point of contact provided during registration (KRISHIV EXIM)
  • Must contain the business address and show customer transactions
  • Must be dated within the past three calendar months

Document Uploading Instructions:

  • The name of the company or point of contact mentioned on the statement should either match the business name or point of contact name provided during registration.
  • Hide the account number and monetary amounts, but the rest of the document must be visible.
  • Scan the original document in color or take a picture using your mobile device. Do not submit a screenshot
  • Document should be easily readable and must have been issued within the past 180 days
  • Your document must be in one of the following languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish. If it is not in one of these languages, provide a notarized translation of your document into one of these supported languages
  • Document should be less than 10MB in size
  • Accepted formats are *.png, *.tiff, *.tif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, and *.pdf
